Shipping & Returns

Our goal is to have your order in the mail system the same day or day after you place the order. We offer standard ground service to the contiguous 48 United States via the United States Postal Service in Eminence, MO. If express shipping is preferred, call Bob at (573) 314-4591 for a quote. Shipment time varies from 1-8 business days depending on location. Shipping charges are calculated based on order value and ranges from $8.50 to $50.

Return Policy

J&L Tack Supply is committed to excellent customer service! Our guests may exchange or return merchandise within 30 days of purchase as long as items are unworn/unaltered, original tags are present, a copy of the receipt is enclosed, and a brief note explaining the reason for the return is included. Customers will pay shipping costs for items sent back for exchange/refund. Original shipping/handling as well as credit card processing fees are not refundable.

BOOTS: Boots may be exchanged/returned only if the outsoles are unscratched, clean, and the boots are in new condition. When trying on boots, be sure to walk on carpeted indoor areas until you are sure that your boots fit correctly. Avoid scuffing the bottoms of the soles. 

SADDLES: Riding a new saddle for at approximately two hours to ensure that it fits the horse and rider is advised. If the fit is in question, call Bob at 314-550-4591 after the initial ride (within one week after purchase). Full saddle refunds will only be allowed within the first week of ownership and if the saddle is in new condition. Customers are required to pay shipping fees to return the saddle to J&L Tack. Restocking fees of 20% will apply to all returns after the first week of ownership if within 30 days of the initial purchase date. Returns after 30 days are not accepted. Purchases of consignment and pre-owned saddles are final sales.

FINAL SALES & CLEARANCE: These items are excluded from the return policy. Refunds and exchanges will not be given on such items.
