This saddle is a special version of our 5412 with dark oil leather and a beautiful toast suede seat. Current stock as of 1/31/23 item is a 16" seat, wide tree. To order specific seat size & tree width in this style, see the regular 5412 J&L model.

With the Flex2 tree technology, this lightweight saddle conforms to the horse's back while providing rider weight distribution. Cueing is made easy with a close contact skirt design. Riders appreciate the Impact Foam seat with narrow twist and broad pocket for all day comfort, as well as Softee seat jockeys and fenders which provide a ready to ride saddle. Additionally, ErgoBalance stirrups and pre-twisted stirrup leathers reduce knee and ankle fatigue while promoting balanced riding. Drawing from her varied background in Western and English riding, Julie Goodnight recognizes that regardless of discipline, a balanced position for the rider and fit for the horse are fundamental. This saddle is equally suitable for the training arena, show ring, or trail.
